A group of young people (Eliza Dushku, Jeremy Sisto, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Kevin Zegers, Lindy Booth) are driving in rural West Virginia, when they are involved in a car accident with Chris (Desmond Harrington). No one is hurt but they need to head off to find help. The group finds a mountain house and inside discover remains of what looks to be human organs, and the owners of the house have just returned.
