Madison McBride joins the Richard Miller University to overcome the death of her brother. Soon, however, Madison and her roommates discover that in 1935, their dorm served as an asylum administered by Dr. Magnus Burke and considered a safe refuge - until the revelation four years later that the good doctor had conducted gruesome lobotomies on the teenage inmates.
