Thomas Taylor (Christian Slater) has just gotten out of prison and is working as a paramedic, when one of his old partners brings him into a robbery which could make them millionaires. Thomas is forced into working with a corrupt FBI agent (Val Kilmer) to rob a riverboat casino.
