A bloodthirsty serial killer has killed over 300 victims in South Africa and hasnt been caught yet. An American news crew is sent to Burundi in order to hunt and capture the terrifying murderer that stalks a local river looking for prey. The news crew includes producer Tim Manfrey (Dominic Purcell), reporter Aviva Masters (Brooke Langton), and their cameraman Steven Johnson (Orlando Jones), but the closer they get to finding the assassin, the deadlier their trip becomes.
