MOE cinestar's CINE BUZZ program is a scam.

The employees, even when we give them our card, don't always add the points to the cards.

They failed to add my points on 3 consecutive occasions. And when I emailed the cinema twice regarding this complaint, nobody ever replied to my email. The customer service from MOE cinestar is awful and is the worst I have ever had. Dubai Mall's REEL CINEMA has much better service. << Less

The movies are up-to-date, and quality is more than great, nice.
